Apply directly to insects when possible.

GRASSES, LAWNS & TURF (INCLUDING GOLF COURSES): Controls Armyworms, Caterpillars, Chinch Bugs, Cutworms, Fleas, Ants, Fire Ants, Ticks.

Use Rate: Use 16 oz. (1lb.) per 1000 sq. ft. of area. Apply either as a DUST or as a WETTABLE POWDER. Use hose-end sprayer for lawns, add a small amount of water to the jar and add the amount needed for the measured area, stir to make a slurry, then add the remaining water to the top of the jar. Empty entire contents of the jar on the premeasured area.

FIRE ANTS:

Mound Drench or Water Method: Use 0.6 oz. (4 Tbsp.) to one gallon of water. For best results, saturate the perimeter of the mound first working toward the center of the mound in a circular motion (you may want the mixture to puddle). An ant mound 12-14 inches in diameter requires approximately one gallon of the mix.

Hand Sprayer: Use 0.6 oz. (4 Tbsp.) to one gallon of water. It is best to keep the material agitated during application. Apply the contents to a premeasured area.

Hose end Sprayer: Use 16 oz. (1 lb.) per 1000 sq. ft. of area. Use a hose-end sprayer for lawns, add a small amount of water to the jar and add the amount needed for the measured area, stir to make a slurry; then add the remaining water to the top of the jar. Empty the entire contents of the jar on the premeasured area.

As a Dust: For best results, dust the perimeter of the mound first. With a stick, disturb the mound, then dust mound in a circular motion working toward the center until the entire mound is thoroughly dusted.

HOUSE FLIES: Apply to surface of window frames around light fixtures, on porches, in garages and other similar places where these insects light or congregate.

BEDBUGS: Treat liberally baseboards, moldings, cracks, bedstead, and both sides of mattress.

FLEAS: Thoroughly treat floor, bedding in and around pet’s sleeping quarters. Treat surrounding cracks and crevices, baseboards, furniture, carpeting and wherever fleas are suspected. Dust rugs and carpets with thin coat of dust. Rake (not sweep) nap back and forth, causing dust to enter rug or carpet. Leave overnight. When cleaning do not make special effort to remove dust in rug or carpet. It will kill live fleas, repel others and help deodorize carpet or rug.

ROACH CONTROL IN PUBLIC SEWERS: A power blower using 1 pound of product will coat the dry part of the sewer line and manhole for a maximum of 300 ft. each direction. It will also enter the laterals and dust may be seen emerging from the vent pipes on the homes on each side of the street.

FOOD/FEED HANDLING ESTABLISHMENTS: For control of all labeled pests, applications are permitted in food/feed and non-food/non-feed areas of food/feed handling and processing establishments as a spot or crack and crevice treatment.

Food/Feed Handling Establishments are defined as places other than private residences in which exposed food/feed is held, processed, prepared or served.  Included also are areas for receiving, storage, packing (canning, bottling, wrapping, boxing), preparing edible waste storage and enclosed processing systems (mills, dairies, edible oils, syrups) of food/feed. Serving areas when food is exposed and facility is in operation are also considered food areas.

Non-Food/Non-Feed Areas: Examples of non-food/non-feed areas include garbage rooms, lavatories, floor drains (to sewers), entries and vestibules, offices, locker rooms, machine rooms, boiler rooms, garages, mop closets and storage (after packaging, canning or bottling).

Crack and Crevice Treatments: Apply in small amounts directly into cracks and crevices using equipment capable of directing insecticide in points between different elements of construction, between equipment and floors, openings leading to voids and hollow spaces in walls, equipment legs and bases where cockroaches, ants, silverfish and crickets hide. Spot treatment may also be made to areas where any of the above pests hide or inhabit such as baseboards, storage areas, closets, around water pipes, doors, windows, behind and under refrigerators, cabinets, sinks, stoves and other equipment. Care should be taken to avoid depositing the product onto exposed food contact surfaces or introducing the material into the air.

Spot Treatment: No individual spot will exceed two (2) square feet. Limit spot treatments to wall or floor surfaces where pests have been seen or where pests are suspected of hiding.

In the home, do not allow spray dust to contact food/feed surfaces.  If it does, clean surfaces with soap and water before use.

DOGS and CATS:

CONTROLS: Fleas, Flies, Lice and Ticks.

As a dust, lightly work the material into the hair of the animal, down to the skin. Pay strict attention to places where the animal cannot reach, such as the scalp. Dust the ears of the animal with care. Dust the animal’s bedding and areas where the animal sleeps, as well as cracks and crevices adjacent to them. Repeat application weekly if necessary. Individual ticks observed on the animal should be dusted thoroughly.

As a spray, mix 4 Tbsp. per gallon of water. Spray animal thoroughly.  Repeat application weekly if necessary.

For wet application, mix 4 Tbsp. per gallon of water. Dip animals in solution paying attention to make sure animals are completely covered with material.  Repeat application weekly if necessary.

Do not use on dogs or cats under twelve (12)  weeks old.  Consult a veterinarian before using this product on medicated, debilitated, aged, pregnant or nursing animals.  Sensitivities may occur after using ANY pesticide product for pets.  If signs of sensitivity occur, bathe your pet with mild soap and rinse with large amounts of water.  If signs continue, consult a veterinarian immediately.

ANIMAL QUARTERS (including and not limited to Barns, Dairies, Milkrooms, Pet Kennels, Poultry Houses, Runs and Stables).

CONTROLS: Ants, Gnats, Fire Ants, Fleas, Flies, Lice, Mites, Mosquitoes, Ticks.

USE RATE: Use at the rate of 2 oz. Per 400 sq. ft. of surface area. Apply with a hand or power duster or sprayer or other suitable means to the hiding places where pests are found.
